Subscriptions and packs
- You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have taken fewer than 3 paid mock tests.
- After that, refunds are not available because content has been accessed.
- If you were charged but your plan did not activate, we will activate it or refund you in full.
- Duplicate payments are refunded in full.
How to ask
Write to support@prepyantra.in or use Support in your dashboard with your payment ID. We reply within 2 working days.
When you will get the money
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach you in 5 to 7 working days.
Free plan
The free plan has no charge and needs no refund.
